These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between rmcuci ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses the services available at rmcuci.cam. By creating an account or using any portion of the rmcuci platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Please read these Terms carefully before registering. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use any rmcuci service. This Agreement is legally binding and constitutes the entire agreement between you and rmcuci with respect to your use of the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the rmcuci platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by rmcuci for account security and regulatory compliance, which may include submission of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other acceptable government-issued identification.
• "Platform" means the rmcuci website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all associated gaming services accessible via rmcuci.cam.
• "Services" means the full range of online gaming, sports betting, live dealer, and related services offered by rmcuci through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wagering turnover a Player must complete on eligible games before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become withdrawable as real money.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on rmcuci, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. rmcuci strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of rmcuci or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You have not previously had an account terminated by rmcuci for breach of these Terms or for any fraudulent activity.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the rmcuci platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

rmcuci will require identity verification (KYC) prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and may request re-verification at any time. Accepted documents include:

• Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back;
• Valid international passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement, not older than 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet, bank account statement).

All documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. rmcuci reserves the right to decline documents it considers insufficient and to request additional verification materials at its sole discretion.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. rmcuci will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

All financial transactions on rmcuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. rmcuci supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players:

• Bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong through FPX (Financial Process Exchange);
• Instant bank transfers via DuitNow;
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay;
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. For most e-wallets and DuitNow, the minimum is RM30. For FPX bank transfers, the minimum is RM50. rmcuci does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be successfully completed prior to the first withdrawal.
2. Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
3. Withdrawal requests must not exceed the Player's available withdrawable balance.
4. The Player's account must be in good standing — free from any pending investigations, disputes, or compliance holds.

6.1 Processing Times

rmcuci aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to completion of any required verification:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow: Typically 5–30 minutes;
• FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 1–3 business hours;
• Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT): 30–60 minutes subject to network confirmation times.

rmcuci shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holidays in Malaysia.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. Players on the standard tier are subject to a daily maximum withdrawal of RM30,000. VIP players are eligible for higher limits — please contact our support team for details.

rmcuci offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus, Standard Welcome Bonus, Esports Welcome Bonus, and Crypto Deposit Bonus. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each welcome bonus may be claimed only once per player, household, IP address, or shared device.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional validity period specified for each bonus. Unmet requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• rmcuci reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate; certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Maximum withdrawal caps may apply to winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Refer to individual promotion pages for applicable caps.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the spirit of promotional terms — including hedging bets, utilising arbitrage strategies, or opening multiple accounts — will result in immediate cancellation of all active bonuses and may result in account termination without notice. rmcuci's decision in such matters is final.

All games and betting products available on rmcuci are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within the gaming interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

rmcuci uses independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Advertised return-to-player (RTP) rates are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual outcomes or results.

In the event of a system error, malfunction, disconnection, or game interruption, rmcuci reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. rmcuci's determination of the outcome of any disputed game round is final and binding.

For sports betting markets, rmcuci covers Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and a broad range of other events. All sporting bets are subject to rmcuci's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rmcuci platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or the financing of illegal activities;
• Colluding with other players, including in poker or any multiplayer games;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any device designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be forfeited;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive conduct toward rmcuci staff or other players;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through payment accounts not registered in your own name.

rmcuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be used as a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

Players may access the following responsible gambling tools at any time through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications of time spent and net result during a gaming session;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend account access for a period of your choosing.

All content on the rmcuci platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive property of rmcuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without rmcuci's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rmcuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if rmcuci has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall rmcuci's aggregate liability to any Player, arising from or related to this Agreement or the use of the Services, exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rmcuci does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses. Players are responsible for ensuring the security of their own devices used to access the Platform.

rmcuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring such action;
• A determination that continued operation of the Account poses unacceptable risk.

Upon termination for cause, rmcuci may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings without liability. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment account, subject to any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations or disputes, within a reasonable timeframe.

rmcuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Whenever material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, provide notice to registered Players via email or on-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the rmcuci platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rmcuci is licensed to operate. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement — or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof — shall first be submitted to rmcuci's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
